Morning sickness gone

I had pretty intense nausea from week 5- now, I am 9+1 today for the first time I didn’t feel queasy at all, and had almost no food aversions (which have also been there 24/7 until now).... has anyone else experienced this?? I haven’t had my first ultrasound yet and am nervous!!
