I dont want to breastfeed anymore :(

Please no judgement!, im a single mom whos tired. I want to stop breastfeeding. I give my baby girl both formula and breastmilk but i thibk its time to stop. She will be 8 months soon she has 2 little teeth that hurt. What are the best ways to stop & ween her?
