Biggest freak out of my life🤦

So I'm 23 weeks and I went to the restroom and when I wiped there was bright red blood. I immediately didn't know if it can from my crotch or my hemorrhoids. Bc let's be real I have them🤷 and I've had little amounts of blood with them than what I just had. So I literally yelled for my husband and he's literally no help. So now there's no blood so I'm pretty convinced it was the hemorrhoids, plus it didn't look like period blood. But geez my heart. It even made me cramp which didn't help the situation!! Lol
