Confused.....help?!

So like clock work I get a surge on CD 12 with a positive opk but every month my temps are in consistent. Now this month after trying a bunch of new things including fertility massage and loosing weight. I got a positive (I think) today with ewcm which I normally do not get same time as surge with a temp drop. Any thoughts? Was that a false positive?

Opks are all negative. Test line and controls have to be same color for positive

Its easier sometimes to use body clues like egg white cm
