Big Dick sex issues

Hey guys so my partner has a huge dick. Like about 8.5-9inches. He’s definitely the biggest I’ve been with but during penetrating sex I get so fucking sore and it feels like my cervix is being bruised/split. It causes me some discomfort in my lower stomach for some time afterward also.

He is very respectful and caring so if he hears me moaning or clenching etc like as if I’m in pain he will stop and ask.

I’ve always been pretty good at taking dick, but this is just hectic. I love sex but we go for about an hour each time and I kinda dread it? Which sucks because we’ve been together 2 months so it’s still early days and I love sex as does he.

Is there any way I can make it more enjoyable? Or like what do I do? How do I make it more comfortable for us both. We’ve tried different positions and some help a little...

Also at different stages of my cycle my cervix will be lower or higher so when it’s lower it’s almost unbearable??
