Cramps?!

I just got a pretty severe cramp. Is that normal??? Could I be miscarrying??? I've had normal cramps come and go but I just had a pretty severe one. Could that have been implantation? Help???

It's very normal it's just your uterus stretching and the embryo implanting. Only worry is it's severe or you have bleeding.

I'm cramping as well today. Yeah it's scary, but it's normal from what I hear. So stay positive and keep smiling :)
