My water broke and I’m only 15 weeks...

So tonight I was having an awful stomach cramp so I thought I had to go to the bathroom so while I was trying to go I pushed a little and then I felt a pop and I feel like I had heard it as well and there was a strong gush of fluid, I had felt like I had to pee right after that so I did and I was freaking out for a moment as this would be my first child and then I stood up and more fluid came out of me. It felt like I peed myself after I just peed. So me and my SO leave immediately to go to the ER because I’m freaking out at this point. We get there and they make me sit in the waiting room, I had to have them give me pads because I still have fluid coming out. It was coming so fast I just literally sat on the toilet and it sounded like a stream of pee coming out over and over but I couldn’t control the fluid. So I get back in a room and they do an ultrasound of course I get a student who can’t get a good picture of my baby or find out what the fetal heart rate is. We do however see the flicker of the heartbeat and they write it off like baby is fine. So next they do a speculum exam and swab me to see if I did actually have my water break and amniotic fluid was in my vagina. They concluded saying that my water didn’t break and it may have been pee or something. My problem is, I know for a fact it’s not pee. I peed while I had fluid pouring out of me. So hours has passed since they sent me home and now I’m spotting pink and I called them back and the doctor says it’s most likely from the speculum exam. Nothing explains why I heard a pop and had a gush of fluid and I just feel so incredibly frustrated and sad. I guess I just have to wait for what is next.

Update: I called my ob doctor and they told me to go back to the emergency room. I’ve since had another ultrasound and they said baby looks good and is moving around. However there’s a spot on my placenta and the technician put the comment “placenta abruption or contraction?” And now the ob team here will come check on me soon. All my blood work looks good. Hopefully ob is able to give me more clarification about what is going on with my placenta.
