Confused

Hello good morning please I need help, I lost my baby 1/10/2018 saw my period same month,had another menstruation in November 6th,jad another 1st Dec.on 30th Dec 2018,i stared bleeding and refused to stop went for a pregnancy test it was positive and did scan same day 8/1/2019. The 1st scan said its to early to see anything repeat scan in 2weeks time. Went for another scan in a different place scan showed am having a miscarriage was schedule for evacuation.i left the hospital. Am very worried at the moment,my breast feels sore and am having stomach bloating and am still bleeding till this very moment thou it's not heavy like before.please help dunno what to do.😧😧
