CM HELP!

I’m 19 days late for my period
Negative pregnancy tests
So I’ve just assumed that I had a super light period (I had the tiniest bit of spotting a week ago - it was light light pink). Today, I’ve had a lot of egg white Cm.
I took an ovulation test and it says I’m not ovulating
So can someone decode my Cm? 😂
