Late period negative tests

Hi this is my first post so hopefully I am explaining it correctly.

I came off my pill in August, my periods have been every 4 weeks but only bled for 2 days each time. This month my period is 5 days late so far, I have all the pains but no bleed. 3 tests have come back negative (cheap tests, not sure if this matters) Anyone know what could be going on?
