Been loosing gobs like this, even blood streaked ones for a week or so....  😩
Hopefully it means more for you....  My doctor said it means you’re dilating and effacing so I guess that’s positive.

Looks like part of it! I've been losing mine for weeks now & still no bloody show or baby 😢 I have my last appointment before due date today & dr is going to schedule me for induction. I was 3cm dilated & 80% effaced last week so I'm hoping for more progress if nothing else.

I lost a giant amount like this on Friday and again this morning. No bloody show yet. I saw doctor last Tuesday and was 1cm and he could feel her head. I go in this morning again and get checked.
