Just started today. No cramping but have this every time I pee.

Spotting is normal. If it picks up and get heavier I would go get checked out. 
If you are so concerned that you cannot focus on your day to day task with that little spotting, than you can always go get checked.

Not necessarily, but could be a chemical pregnancy. You kind of just have to wait. If you can get blood work done it will tell weather your HCG is going up or not which will help a little. Good luck sweetie

Spotting is ok. Monitor
It, and If there is a lot of blood (usually to fill a pad) and/or painful cramps,
Call your dr right away.
