Scared yet excited

If this is the wrong place to put this please tell me where I should put this. I looked thru the room list and was not sure but needed to tell someone so here I am!

This is my son Channing.

When he was 3 months I found him unresponsive and after 18 days in the picu we got to come home. He has brain damage and a sizure disorder. We are seeing a dr in Atlanta (4 hours away) to try and figure out what caused all this. Yesterday he got approved for cbd oil so we can back off the pharmaceutical meds (2 adult sizure meds because the childrens ones didn't work) and so he can be a normal baby not all messed up on meds. Im scared because he may start having sizures and have to stop the meds from coming down but if not and all goes well in the next 7 months he will be compleatly off the one med and in the following 4 months after that we will be off the meds in whole. I'm so happy for him. I can't wait to see my baby not have to take these meds that make him a space cadet.

Also we have an appointent to go and find out if he can see today!

Just really don't have anyone personally to speak to and you ladys been here thru alot of things for me.
