Appendicitis in pregnancy?

Question

Anyone have it in the third trimester?
My lower right side hurts even more when I touch it. It’s kept me awake all night. 
Anyone have experience. What to look for?

Don’t mess with that! It could rupture! Mine went last year, luckily I wasn’t pregnant at the time. I had to be in the ICU because the infection was so bad and I developed pneumonia from being in the hospital. I have had the gallbladder taken out second trimester this time and that was no fun, but I feel a million times better! Hope you feel well soon!

I think your pancreas is on that side too. I’d go get checked out.
