Implantation bleeding

Hi there! Got my period maybe 15 days ago and I have an IUD. But today when I wiped I got this discharge which is unusual to me as it’s pinkish. I know that it’s unlikely and very rare to get pregnant when you still have your period and especially when you have a birth control but I know as well that there are chances to get pregnant as not birth control methods are not 100% sure.

Can you please give me your opinion if you think that it could be or not Implantation bleeding?
