Subchorionic hemorrhage

Hi ladies.. I went for my 1st US yesterday. Baby is measuring 6w2d. ( which is 1 week earlier that I thought). Baby’s HR was 117. I thought everything went well but then I got a call from my nurse later in the day stating that baby’s HR is a little on lower side and they want me to come back in 10 days to make sure it’s higher. Also stated that I have a small subchorionc hemorrhage and it should go away on its own but they will follow with US.

Any ladies experience this ???
