Period question.

So I started my period on Thursday!

It completely stopped being heavy on Sunday I didn't have to wear a pad at all! It's only been light pink , like pink spotting. And today all day i been having light pink spotting still with white discharge and lower back ache. Can someone please explain ? My diet hadn't changed! I'm not taking anything new nothing!
