Day 7 no period but when I wiped it was a very very light pink and no cramps and pregnancy test still negative

Please trust the negative test, it's almost as uncommon to get a false negative as it is to get a false positive, your HCG levels would be high enough for detection by now unless you aren't doing your tests first thing in the morning when your urine isn't diluted!!! You should test before you even take a sip of tea or coffee or water first thing in the morning, if this is what you have done your period could be late due to stress or hormonal imbalances, if you relax a little your period will come if you aren't pregnant a very dear friend of mine went through this, she had a phenomenon called a fantasy pregnancy where you are so desperate for a baby that your body believes you are pregnant when you are not the more she said she was pregnant the more she showed signs but after a cup of tea and a long emotional chat she let go and her period came the same night!! Xx

If your period is late, then it can’t be implantation bleeding.
The very latest you can have implantation bleeding is 12 days after you ovulate.
If your period is more than 3 days late, it’s too late in your cycle to be implantation bleeding.
