It’s been 12 weeks since my last period. Had numerous blood tests to confirm we aren’t pregnant. I’m just fed up of waiting for it to come.

We’ve been ttc for over a year now, we were referred for fertility tests in November but can’t start them until my period comes 😒😒

If I’m not pregnant I just want to move on to my next cycle already..

Is there anything I can do to encourage it along? Without taking hormones 😭

The recommended treatment here is taking the contraceptive pill to regulate hormones but really don’t want to do that. It took my body forever to get back to normal when I stopped taking them the first time.
