Nexplanon

I’m so irritated, I wanted this birth control to work so badly but now I’m thinking of eventually getting it removed due to how much I’m bleeding. I now have a period at the beginning of the month and in the middle with occasional spotting until my period starts again. I get maybe a week without bleeding and pmsing. I feel like I’m going crazy.. I’m crying all the time, snapping at people for no reason, my mental illnesses are through the roof.. Does it get better? Should I get it taken out? I need some guidance..
