One ovarian cyst... need advice!

I’ve always had some pain in my left side thinking it was ovulation pain and this has happened for years. This past Friday I knew my ovulation was soon but I woke up Friday in pain, like more than ever so I went to the doctor and he said if it gets better then that’s good but if it gets better but you still feel pain then come in on Monday for ultrasound. So I went in today for ultrasound and I had one cyst that looks to have ruptured but no cause for concern he said. Has any of you had a cyst but still got pregnant?
