Healthy eating/getting enough calories??

Glow Momma's! I am 29 wks 3 days with baby number one. I read today that normal pregnancies should have around 2,400 calories a day 😳. No one ever told me that. I've been trying to eat healthier but I don't think I'm getting more than 1500 calories a day. What kind of foods do you ladies all eat in a day to meet that mark?? What are your favorite high calorie foods? No empty calories!
