What type of birth control pill do you recommend?

So I started taking birth control about a year ago for the purpose of helping with period cramps as well as for sexual purposes. I’ve been taking aviane 28. Over time, I’ve noticed that it has made me become extremely moody and my periods have become very irregular and occasionally come twice a month.

So I’m just wondering what brand of pill do you guys recommend? I just need one that will continue to keep my cramps to a minimum and one that doesn’t make me moody. I hate feeling so moody and irritable all the time so I’m going to switch brands. Thanks!
