I really need your thoughts ladies 😔 I had what I thought it was af on the 18.08 and lasted 2 days+3 days spotting. I'm tired all the time,sensitive boobs,acne and period like cramps every day since then.took 2 hpt  (blue dye cheap ones and both bfn.did anyone had this happened before?don't know what to think or do because I feel like af is coming but that's impossible 😢 what could be happening? I'm even thinking that I have some disease or something😫 I'm desperate. Please help!
