Another disappointing month not getting pregnant.

I don’t know what to do to keep my hopes up.

I’m so discouraged that I might get pregnant anymore. I found out I had endometriosis with adhesions on my right side ovary with a ovarian cyst of a size of a tangerine. In addition to top it off I had blockage in my right Fallopian tube and holes in my left ovary. I believe this a result of PID left untreated. My OB said after my laparoscopy surgery she was able remove all these things that prevented pregnancy. She said my chances have increased but I been trying twice after my surgery without any success. I had my surgery in 11/30/18 and before that I was trying for 6 months.

Any advice? I do everything to increase my fertility such as tracking my ovulation, fertility tracker, my temperature, mucous. I have tried everything you name it.
