What were your ectopic pregnancy symptoms

Just curious what the symptoms can be/are!

Abdominal pain on my right side constantly and right leg feeling restless and bleeding at medium/slow flow

I had no signs it was eptopic.  Due to my previous mc we checked my hcg( it wont double) that is how we found out. Did ultrasound and dr was really concerned so i had an emergency laparoscopy and lost my left tube. It was about to rupture as he started operating.

Bleeding/ spotting for 2 weeks. Thats all. 
My arms felt a little weird🤷🏻‍♀️ but that was all.
