Multiple miscarriages

Hi ladies. I'm looking for any advice/stories with fertility treatments after multiple miscarriages. I have an 18 month old son (conceived naturally) and we're ttc #2 but had 2 chemical pregnancies in the last 3 months. We won't be able to try naturally again due to hubby's work schedule this year. We have our first appointment with the fertility clinic next week and feeling overwhelmed already. Any stories/advice you can share would be appreciated!
