Am I having twins 👶🤰🏼👶

Hi all, I’m 8 weeks right now, however, this picture was taken at 7 weeks. This is my first pregnancy and my family swears I’m having twins. What are your thoughts? Twins do run in my family btw.

My first appointment is in two weeks, I recently moved states so I’ve been having trouble with insurance. I have been basing my due date off of my last period which was November 17. On November 1st I was in the hospital and tested negative. So I feel basing off my last period is pretty accurate.

Also, I know to some 20 is too young to be pregnant, however, we are very excited, especially considering I was not supposed to be able to have children. So please no negative comments. Thanks ❤️

Regardless, we will be happy 😊 good vibes for a happy, healthy pregnancy. I’m feeling pretty good, no morning sickness yet, extra thankful for that! I’m mainly just having weird dreams and fatigue.
