So me ane my husband have been married nearly a year and recently weve been arguing daily.. he pinches me And he puts his hand arounc my neck and holds me down.. we have 2 kids together.. a 2 yr old and 3 month old.. what do i do.. im giving up..

You need to get an exit strategy together. Start figuring out where you can go, who you can get help from. If you had to leave in the middle of the night, do you know what around you is open 24 hours? Could you pull an extra $10, or $20 when you get groceries and put it away? 
 I know, it's hard when you have kids. But from experience, it will continue to escalate. Ask yourself a few questions:, do you deserve to be happy? if something happens to you, do you want him having the kids?

As a mother you need to protect your kids. Or else you’re just as guilty if they were to get hurt. Leave now. That’s all you can do. It will get worse if you stay. Never stay with someone like that. You deserve better.
