Raw nipples
I recently had my baby boy on January 13 ,2019.
During my hospital stay I was breast feeding him.
Honestly I wasn’t sure if he was latching on right . Turns out he was not .
My nipples are extremely sore and The skin is torn.
I woke up this morning to pump and while doing so I notice blood. I immediately stopped and saw that my left nipple has torn.
What are some remedies to help heal them ?
