Been nauseous for three days what can I do?

What have you all done to help with the morning sickness. I have it like all day.

Preggie Pops.  They are orgnaic all natural suckers that help with morning sickness they are doing wonders for me.  I ordered them online but you can get them prom maternity stores and they aren't expensive

I was told to eat small meals throughout the day - that and keeping water with you at all times.

Are you throwing up with it, or just  nauseated?

I have the same issue - nauseous and not wanting to eat, despite feeling hungry. When it's especially strong, I make a kefir (or yogurt - something with protein) smoothie and blend in some frozen blueberries, fresh spinach or kale, a banana. I make it thin enough that I can just drink it down.
