Hospital bag?

When did you pack your bag? What did you pack? Yes, I know there is a list on this ap, and I can google many...but curious to see what everyone else is bringing 😀 I'm 35wks & want to pack one but worried mine & baby's clothes will get stale packed in a bag for a few weeks!

Your own pillow and towels. The hospitals are dumb. I took my own robe too.

Start packing slowly.... I packed at 30 weeks at put my bags near my door. It Was handy because I was induced. 
Most of the lists on the internet in my personal opinion are over the top, it's like taking the whole home with you. 
For you:
Your birth plan and maternity notes
Dressing gown some hospitals provide some don't so ask beforehand
Slippers
Socks
Old nightshirts, things will get mucky 
A pillow,  hospital pillows are rubbish
A handheld fan if you leave in a hot area or a water spray or flannel
Your toiletries 
Extra hair band 
Phone and charger so you can update us 😋
A few day clothes
Your underwear of course, those granny panties will come in hand now
Some hospitals provide maternity towels or your can bring your own, I took my own. 
Snacks and drinks
If you want your partner to be with you by your side all the time take his clothes too, i didn't take my husbands clothes so he was out and in the hospital. But we live 20 minutes away. Take them just in case.
For baby:
2-3 sleepsuits and vests 
Baby blanket
Going home outfit 
Hat if cold 
Car seat
Nappies about 12, they're pooping machines. 
Wipes are more convenient than cotton wool.

I packed mine around 35-36 weeks and our clothes were fine. I had nursing tanks, nursing bras, yoga pants, pajama shorts, 2 sets of clothes for baby in 2 different sizes, mittens for baby, clothes for my husband, toothpaste, toothbrush, hair brush, hair ties, shampoo/soap, chapstick, snacks for my husband, and phone charger. The hospital provided a lot of what I needed.

I'll probably start my bag at the beginning Or middle of October (due 11/07). I didn't pack my bag until the day before my induction with my first lol but since I don't plan on being induced this time I wanna be prepared.

I had mine by 6 months cuz I'm high risk but mostly just an outfit and blanket for baby. A going home outfit and some nursing bras. A few nightgowns (hate hospital gowns) and some socks for in the room. General toiletries (shampoo/ conditioner, toothbrush, etc) and some nursing pads and A LOT of tampax pads... You will need them... And of course my phone charger. Most lists have a lot more than this but this is all I ever needed with my first so it's all I packed with this one... :-)
