Should you take a congested 12 week old to the hospital

My 12 week old has been congested all day for the past 3 days I’ve had to use saline and a bulb suction to clear his nose and he just keeps getting congested again. Also we’ve been running a humidifier. It’s affecting his eating because he can’t breathe when eating. I have a sick 6 year old here so I’m concerned about baby. Should I go to the ER and make sure all is well?
