I take vitex. I don't have pcos. I also take prenatals and red raspberry leaf tea. But yes you can take it together.

Well what cycle day are you on and how many dpo are you?  It looks like what I get right before AF, old blood.  But if AF isn't due for about a week it could be implantation.
