No you shouldn't be worried. It's very common to lose parts of your mucus plug through your pregnancy. It regenerates. Of you notice blood in it or contractions then call your labor and deliveery unit and speak with a nurse. You should be just fine for now.

Actually if it is your mucous plug it is common for it to come out around that time. It doesn't really mean you're in pre term labor. But certainly get yourself checked out if you start having contractions that are regular in duration and interval, I.e. every 5 minutes lasting around a minute at a time. And if course if you're really concerned don't be afraid to get yourself checked out anyways.
