Which one is it? I'm so confused. Every makes post about timing and how you have to be ovulating and blah blah blah, but then I read posts saying it doesn't matter when you do it, even if you're on your period, you could get pregnant.  SO WHICH ONE IS IT???

It’s not possible to get pregnant unless you are ovulating or up to 5 days before.
People saying you can get pregnant any time of the month generally mean if you don’t know when you are ovulating then you don’t know when you can fall pregnant.
So realistically there are only up to 5 days in a month that it’s possible to get pregnant and that has to be around ovulation,

Only during ovulation. Sometimes peoples’ ovulation schedules are a little chaotic. Like. Typically ovulation is 14 days after your last menstrual cycle started. But sometimes it’s 20 days after. Or 10 days after. It just depends on that month or how regular someone is. People on this app like to be lazy in their responses to others and be snotty know it alls without giving any actual information about why they say what they say. Which is why you see so many seemingly conflicting responses.

If you ovulate right after your period you could get pregnant by having sex during your period. 🤷‍♀️
Sperm and egg must meet.  Sperm can survive up to 5 days inside of you. You ovulate once per cycle and the egg lives for about 24 hours.  If the egg is there and the sperm are there, then pregnancy is possible.  The trickiest part is knowing when the egg is going to be there.  You can ovulate at any point in your cycle, but it’s almost always 10-14 days before your next period.
