I got a glucometer from my dr’s office (fifty 50 brand) to test my glucose levels for GD. Last night i forgot it at work so i stopped at CVS to get one to measure my dinner and fasting levels. I got the Freestyle Precision Neo glucometer. I had my dinner and when I measured my glucose, it came back at 84. Usually with my oroginal glucometer, I get a reading of 99-110 after meals. I tested again with a new strip and it came back at 87. I dis eat a lot of veggies, so I took the reading. This morning, I measured it again, and it came back at 74. Usual readings with my other meter are 85-95. Which meter should I trust? Is it possible to have such big discrepancies between readings with different meters?? I will test them together today, but now it makes me wonder which ones I should trust...
