Yes 37 weeks is considered “early full term” now. How “ready” the baby is at 37 weeks varies though. A person I know was induced at 37 weeks due to high blood pressure and her baby had to go to nicu for help breathing. My baby came naturally at 37+3 and was perfectly healthy
