What  was your weight before delivery and after delivery

Literally the same, it’s been 5 months! Nothing I do seems to work. I’ve never had a problem controlling my weight before so it’s super stressful 😰

I gained 15lbs while pregnant. Lost 30 within a week (helped that my baby was almost 10 lbs) and now I’ve gained about 3-5lbs of it back. Working to keep it off but it’s hard.
