Walgreens men’s fertility test?

So let me start by saying I know this is a little ridiculous.

My husband has hypochondria, and I used to tease him about it, but then he actually got shingles and I felt like an asshole.

He has a lump on his epididymis (tube in his testicle) and we have had it checked out, had an ultrasound, etc. everything is fine, but he has some varicose veins down there as well.

When we first found the lump (5 ish years ago), we did a Walgreens fertility test that said he was fertile.

Now we are on our 3rd month of TTC and he is convinced that he is sterile.

Have any of you had any experience with stuff like this? Using a Walgreens fertility test? Was it accurate if you later had other testing done? I’m just trying to snap him out of his fear spiral here.
