What do you eat when you have a bellyache?
Ive been getting alot of stomachaches lately. Sometimes when i havnt eaten anything and sometimes after ive. Eaten. Sometimes i wake up with a stomachache (tmi but that usually just means i have to poop.)
But when i get random stomache aches during the day what should i eat? Sometimes i eat soup pr crackers or something but it doesnt always help.
Also could this be worrisome? Its not everyday that i get aches but its more frequent than i would like.
I just want to know what would be good to sooth my stomach.
