Miscarriage

I'm 39 and really TTC Nov. 2018 surprised me when I pee on the stick and it was positive..I thought I'm the luckiest women who got pregnant at the age of 39 very happy and excited for everyday of my life ...But I had my spotting they so called implantation ...Spotting suddenly to heavy bleeding makes me feel worried and disappointed when we go to our clinic doctor suddenly announced the baby was collapsed...And makes my world so damn depressed..Now I'm trying to relaxed my self coz I'm still hoping and TTC...It's been 2 moNths plus when I had my Miscarriage ...aNy one here got pregnant after a month of their miscarriage..Or how long u will get pregnant again after miscarriage...?
