PCOS- Could I be pregnant?

Hi! 
I have PCOS. My last period was November. I went to my dr on Last Wednesday on January 9th. She did blood work and a US. There was no signs of a baby.
Today’s January 17th and I have gotten 2 strong positive test. Could i be pregnant?? Even though the dr didn’t see anything Last week?

I had this happen, I got a positive pregnancy test but my hormones were out of whack due to my PCOS. I didn’t get 2 positives though so looks like you may be!!

Anything is possible. I was never diagnosed with pcos because I don’t like doctors and never went to get checked. But the cycle I fell pregnant I was doing the Keto diet and lost about 24 pounds. I was on cycle day 43 ish and my last period was August 5th. On Sept 27th still no period so I took a test (came out Negative) because my birthday was the 29th and I wanted to go out drinking. Well I’m glad I didn’t go out drinking because On Oct 3rd I got my BFP. Sadly I miscarried. But you are most definitely pregnant so enjoy it love.

PCOS is tricky cause you can ovulate weird. I would say you prob are very early. The blood test showed that you weren’t pregnant?
