Is it heartburn?

I have this pain in the middle of my chest its on and off. And feel like i have to burp? Heartburn correct?

Yes!! Legit felt like there was a hole being burned in my chest!! 
And it was like I swallowed a pill incorrectly and needed to burp. It's awful. Vanilla and chocolate flavored soy milk helped.

That was one of my symptoms!  I talked to my sister since she's a nurse and yep it's heartburn!
