I've recently had a lot of issues with my health. My period has been all over the place, very heavy flow and bad cramps. I've been so emotional over the last few months I can't stop crying. I'm having trouble sleeping at night and having night sweats. My skin is breaking out, I've got memory fog and a sore place in my tummy that makes me feel sick if I touch it. Had blood tests and just waiting for an ultrasound. Any advice? Had anything similar?
