I lost my mucus plug in the bathroom today like a LOT, and I started having what I’m assuming are light contractions, painful enough to distract me from a conversation. And then I had reeeaply bad diahrrea and hot flashes. This is all within less than an hour like BAM

Any advice ? I called labor and delivery when I lost the mucus plug and they told me not to worry but that was before all the other things started happening. I’m a FTM 32+6 and trying to not freak out right now 😅
