Do you do acupuncture?

Today is acupuncture day for me.. and I’m still not sure how I feel about it. I LOVE the acupuncturist, but not sure about acupuncture itself. I’m willing to keep going though and see how it affects this next transfer. What about you ladies? Do you do acupuncture?

I do acupuncture weekly and I love the way it makes me feel. I feel clear headed and super relaxed. I’ll be doing it the morning of my transfer 2/21.

I do it weekly for fertility. It’s relaxing to me. Not sure if it will help or not but I’ll try anything at this point lol.

I heard a rumor my clinic offers free acupuncture sessions with a place they are affiliated with but like you I'm like meh. I dont want a stranger seeing me naked and poking me lol I know so illogical! I do think I will be looking into though. Who doesn't like free.99

I have never tried it and sort of want to give it a try!!! I have heard from a few gals that love it and get it monthly. I used to be scared of needles before starting ivf and now I have faced my fear so am contemplating giving it a go but also don’t want to add a new thing into the already complicated mix so we will see!!!

I’ve started 2 weeks ago and I’ve had mix feeling. Sometimes I love it, sometimes it leaves me anxious. Maybe it’s more me than acupuncture though. I’m trying everything that could help and work. My transfer is next week and I’m going to try to do one right before and after.
