Sleep coach?

Has anyone hired a sleep coach? My toddler is not sleeping enough! Waking up during the night/ going to bed really late! I don't know what else to do 😭😭

Have you heard of taking Cara babies? She’s very active on Instagram.. has a program you can buy (worked wonders on my girl who was nursing EVERY 40 minutes and now sleeps through or only 1 wakeup)!

I have not, but I have many friends who have. They all have experienced positive results. Some did phone consultations, some video and some in person. All seemed happy with the results.

My daughter was like this. She used to sleep by 6am literally when the same came back up then by 4am then by 2am. Now she puts herself to sleep by 10:30 the latest. I personally didn’t do anything. I tried at first but then gave up. I just let the phase run its course. It was a very long phase but after about 4 months it corrected itself.
