Gas pain when laying down?

I’ve been trying not to eat late because ive been having some stomach issues if I do. Lately I will go to lay down in bed and my stomach starts to hurt and sometimes I have to run to the bathroom because of it. Sorry - TMI. Why is this happening when I lay down!?

Do you have issues with lactose? I’m lactose intolerant but I started trying really hard to bite the bullet and take in dairy while pregnant for calcium and I could NOT sleep at night. I was bloated. My stomach was hard from being pregnant and bloated and I had HORRIBLE gas pain.

yes. the crazy burning in the center of my stomach makes me cry when I lay down. idk what it is but TMI, As soon as  I pass gas there's so much relief. . . .
