I honestly do not understand how someone can take a picture of themselves, hate it, but instead of deleting it they post it online? This is not supposed to be a call out or anything like that.

I just know from my own life, I absolutely hate the way I look. Even when I'm feeling more confident then usual, if I take a photo of myself and look at it, I'm instantly discouraged again. I have maybe two photos of me on my phone, not including ones I've taken of my boyfriend and I happen to be in.

Where do women find that courage or self confidence? I cannot imagine.
